![]() My other experiences with things of this nature has been dealing with Windows Update failing in multiple steps, which was usually caused by me installing multiple drivers then restarting, as opposed to one at a time (I get impatient). perform a restart of the computer whether it requires it or not. ![]() Every single time you install a driver, this would include chipset drivers, controllers, etc. ![]() #2 you can try a completely fresh OS install. If it's #1 only way to remedy is with replacing the board/speaking with ASUS. One of two things is happening 1) hardware level fault, somehow the BIOS is recognizing the controller but is not facilitating the communication between it and the OSÄ¢) The OS setup/install has either been done improperly, or Windows is taking a shit (sorry, couldn't come up with a more accurate term). Right now, the driver is uninstalled, when i try to install it says it cant find the controller, device manager says everything is fine, nothing yellow, so right now i cant reinstall the driver
